The term comes from the age of analog scales to describe where the measuring nut for the scale was set to read zero – the basis from which all other measurements are taken – precisely, “00.” To ensure the Deadnutz Square lives up to its name, Woodpeckers uses Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) technology. Wire EDM erodes away the metal at the micron level, resulting in incredible precision and quality.
